Great place in the sacred valley for a luxury stay.
The interior decoration and amenities were top notch. The breakfast buffet was the best we experienced during our trip to Peru and the heated pool and hot tubs were great for a relaxing evening after tours.

A dream come true : gracias gracias gracias
The hotel is beautiful, quiet, next to a peaceful river and surrounded by trees and green areas. My suite facing the gardens was spectacular and my bed and pillows were the most comfortable I have used in my life. The breakfast buffet which runs til 10am was exquisite and the tea station was the fanciest I have ever enjoyed. The best part of the hotel however were the PEOPLE. It's clear to me from the moment I entered and every call I made that these professionals have not only studied about hospitality but have received countless trainings because they really do their best to make you feel like a king and queen. Incredibly kind, smart, and warm humans. I slept soundly, danced freely with their jbl blue tooth speaker and enjoyed a very memorable bubble bath. Their pools and spas were gorgeous and their private beer bar was delightful. When you go be sure to make time to sit and read outside the breakfast area to see the urubamba river and watch the birds and butterflies. I drank many teas outdoors and I will always remember those quiet moments. When you go to the game area definitely enjoy a round of Sapo and Id you don't know how to play ask a staff member. it's a traditional Peruvian game that can be enjoyed alone or with friends.
That the cost for a box of tampons at their store was 40 soles which is 100% more than any pharmacy in Peru. Also because of their unique location it can be challenging to find an Uber to move around the valley and private taxis tend to be very expensive ($70usd).
